I'll be holding the pee in today thanks

OMG OMG OMG - ouch. Everything hurts today EVERYTHING!The deadly mix of Greco and then karate has made attempting to pee feel like the world's hardest squat! I know TMI right? As soon as I woke up this morning I thought uh-oh...today is gonna hurt. I think I'll take it pretty easy this afternoon, maybe a short run/walk with my dog (mostly walk I think) and then sit on my ass (which will be smaller soon), and watch Caylie's karate class! More Greco tomorrow at lunch!
